IT IS OUR TIME...2014

Happy new year beloved,

I will tell you i am very happy to be writing again on the 1st of a new year and all around the world i do know its a joyous moment because crossing-over from 2013 wasn't easy as so many memories of events would cloud our mind if we look back.
And i do know that everyone do attach the opportunity to see this day to something or someone.A God they know exist or one they believe in and serve or just to something else they have made a god of.
For me i do know who i believe and who have brought me thus far and hence, i pose this question to you. Who do you believe in and who has brought you this far?(read 2 Timothy 1:12) Answering this question will go a long way in helping you make decisions and reconsidering your goals for the new year.
Secondly, of utmost important to my heart is the fact that a new year is a new beginning for us all. Some call it a blank book where we would have to write in for 365 days and really i do believe it holds a whole lot for us if we would ask God what he would have us do(read Acts 9:6).
All around i can see people posting or talking about what type of time or season it is for them but i tell you there really is nothing like our time but God's time. So suffice me to say we are selfish when all we seek for about the year is what we want and how happy we want to be. Have you bothered asking God this question like brother Paul WHAT WILL YOU HAVE ME DO FOR YOU IN 2014. The harvest is sure much in the field but yet the workers are few. The field yet doesn't mean you have to be on a mission field as for some it could just be remembering those on the mission field in need of prayers and encouragement. It could as well be standing for Christ at our duty post: in our class, at our work place, everywhere we find ourselves in 2014. Believe it that when you do this things first, every other thing will be added unto you for do we not believe that he does have a future in mind for us? Matthew 6:33: Jeremiah 29:11.
And then again i wish us a prosperous new year in God's purpose for our lives but remember he has not promise a strewn pathway yet he has promised to be with us and see us through.
                SHALOM.
